Mycelia is a desktop application provided as-is. By downloading or using Mycelia, you agree to these terms.
The free tier of Mycelia is available for personal and commercial use at no cost. The Pro tier requires a one-time license purchase. Each license key is for use by a single person across their own devices.
You own all data you create with Mycelia. Your vault, notes, and conversations are stored locally on your device as plain text files. We do not have access to your data and have no claim over it.
The Pro tier requires you to provide your own API key for AI services (e.g., Anthropic, OpenRouter, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint). You are responsible for your API key and any usage charges from the provider. Mycelia stores your key locally and sends it directly to the provider — it never passes through our servers.
Pro license purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. Contact us via 𝕏 to request a refund.
Mycelia is currently in alpha. Features may change, and bugs may exist. We provide the software as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss — though since your vault is plain text files, you can back it up with any standard tool.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
